CannAvenue Affiliate Program Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 24, 2025

1. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the CannAvenue Ltd Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

Affiliates must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to enter into this agreement. The Program is not available to individuals or entities located in restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to:

American Samoa, Canada (Ontario), Central African Republic, DPRK, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guam, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Russia, Saipan, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, United States, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Vanuatu, Yemen.

3. Commission Structure & Payment

- Affiliates will earn 25% recurring commissions per month, for as long as the referred user remains subscribed.

- Commissions are uncapped and paid monthly via the affiliate platform provided by the broker.

- There is no minimum payout threshold.

- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4. Referral Attribution

- Each affiliate receives a unique referral link. Commissions are credited when users sign up via that link.

- No cookie duration or timeout applies, as long as the link is used to register.

- Self-referrals are permitted.

5. Permitted Promotional Methods

Affiliates may promote the Program through:

- Paid ads

- Email marketing

- YouTube & social media platforms

Affiliates must not:

- Make profit guarantees or performance claims

- Offer financial advice

- Suggest the service is risk-free or guaranteed

6. Prohibited Conduct

Violation of any of the following may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:

- Spam or unsolicited marketing

- Fraud, including misrepresentation or misleading content

- Impersonation of CannAvenue Ltd, its employees, or other affiliates

7. Marketing Materials & IP

- Affiliates may use CannAvenue Ltd branding and logo in approved promotional materials.

- Marketing content created by affiliates remains their intellectual property.

- CannAvenue Ltd retains full rights to its own brand assets and reserves the right to request removal of non-compliant content.

8. Termination

CannAvenue Ltd may terminate an affiliate’s access to the Program:

- For violations of these Terms

- If fraudulent or unethical behavior is detected

Termination will result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Privacy & Data

- Affiliates must also agree to the broker’s privacy policy and data handling terms.

- Any misuse or unauthorized sharing of personal data is strictly prohibited.

10. Modifications

CannAvenue Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
